About ThinkGO
ThinkGO is an independent app, made in Lithuania, for people who want to practise CBT skills on their own terms.
Why it exists
CBT exercises like thought records and worry time are well studied and easy to explain, but awkward to do on paper in the moment. ThinkGO puts them on the phone you already carry, one question at a time, with your entries kept private.
What it is not
ThinkGO is a self-help tool based on CBT techniques. It is not therapy, a diagnosis or emergency care, and it isn't designed for PTSD, OCD, eating disorders or other conditions that need specialist care. If that's you, please talk to a professional. Get help
Editorial policy
How we write about CBT
- Public sources, cited
Techniques come from published CBT literature and official health bodies. A person opens and checks every source before it's published.
- No clinician on the team
Nobody with clinical training reviews the articles, so they carry no review labels.
- AI-assisted, then checked
Drafting and translation into 48 languages are AI-assisted. The English is reviewed and approved before translation; translations are checked automatically and spot-checked by people.
- Careful words
We describe what you do in an exercise and never promise a result.
- Real "Updated" dates
A date changes only when the content does. Corrections go out in every language in the same release.
- Spotted a mistake?
Tell us at info@thinkgo.app. We fix errors and note them in the article.
