Questionnaires
The PHQ-4, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 were developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues, with an educational grant from Pfizer Inc. No permission is required to reproduce, translate, display or distribute them. ThinkGO shows them only in their official translations, with their standard score ranges, as a personal record and not as a diagnosis.
Exercises
ThinkGO's exercises are written in our own words. They are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, such as thought records, behavioural activation, graded exposure and worry time, that are described widely in the scientific literature. No worksheet text or layout is taken from any book, and no author or organisation endorses ThinkGO.
Open-source software
ThinkGO includes the following open-source software. Each is used under its licence; the full licence texts come with each project.

Emergency numbers and helplines
Emergency numbers are compiled by ThinkGO from public national sources and corrected through app updates. The helpline directory is Find A Helpline (findahelpline.com), run by ThroughLine Ltd; ThinkGO links to it and has no partnership with it.
